Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised University. with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only)

TANCET 2012- Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test 2012

TANCET Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test ( TANCET ) is conducted by TNSF – Consortium ( Consortium of Self – Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu ). TANCET is the Entrance Examination for MBA / MCA & ME / MTech / MArch / MPlan offered by various Univerisities & University Affiliated Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test is conducted for the candidates who are willing to do MBA, MCA, ME, MTech courses available in the listed colleges coming under the TNSF – Consortium in the management quota seats.

TANCET 2012 Eligibility

A Pass in any recognised Bachelors degree with 3 years duration in 10 + 2 + 3 / 4 years or any recognised Bachelor’s degree with 10 + 3 years diploma +3 years pattern or B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. / B.Pharm degree.They should have done this course from a recognized institute or university. Those Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline or its equivalent are eligible to apply. Candidates who are at present doing their final year or are waiting for their results can apply.

SAT is taken by high school juniors and seniors. Indian students who have completed their 12 years of education successfully from any recognized Indian board or university can take SAT for admission in the different streams available in to various American colleges.
Marks are not criteria for appearing the SAT examinations. However during admissions, several colleges ask for good SAT scores along with a good academic record. Besides that college conducts their own tests, like Essay Writing, personality test etc and also ask for Curriculum Vitae and recommendations from teacher etc. Some colleges specify the Subject Tests they require for admission or placement; others allow applicants to choose the tests that they wish to take.

The All-India entrance test is conducted every year for admission into its various distance-learning management.IGNOU OPENMAT (Indira Gandhi National Open University OPEN) is an entrance test for candidates who aspire to get admission to programmes related to management.

1. Common Eligibility:

* Professional Qualifications in Accountancy/Cost and Works Accountancy/Company Secretaryship etc.

2. Clearance of OPENMAT 2012 conducted by IGNOU.
Candidates who have successfully cleared the Entrance Test for admission into Management Programme conducted by the Institutions like CAT, MAT and State Level Tests need not appear in OPENMAT 2012 .
The cut-off percentage for admission of these candidates will be decided by the university
3. Non- Graduates
Non-graduates (10+2 or equivalent) with six years of supervisory/managerial/professional experience are eligible for taking admission in Diploma in Management (DIM) only (after clearing the Entrance Test).
There is no age bar.
4. Masters degree
Masters degree awarded without a first degree is not recognised for purposes of admission to IGNOU academic programmes.

SNAP 2011- Symbiosis National Aptitude Test  2011
SNAP stands for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) Test is a common written test for the admission processes of Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. SNAP Test is conducted under the aegis of SIEC Deemed University. These institutes are either affiliated to SIEC Deemed University or approved by AICTE.
SNAP 2011 Eligibility
The candidates must be an Indian Citizen with not less than 21 years of age. The candidates must have at least 50% marks in the final examination.
The eligible candidates will get 5% relaxation in the requirements. The minimum education qualification required is graduation in any discipline from the recognized university.
